Our Leadership

	Richard Haake, President of Caromark Building Group, is a Charlotte native and a graduate of Queens University. With 30 years of building experience, Richard is responsible for long-range planning and business development.  He also oversees sales and marketing.
	Lang Holding, Vice President of Construction, is a Concord native and a graduate of North Carolina State University. With 20 years of home building experience, Lang is responsible for construction management, including production and quality assurance.
	Bob Whiting, Vice President of Operations, is a Charlotte native and attended the College of Charleston. With over 20 years of home building experience, Bob oversees finance and is also responsible for estimating, scheduling and client satisfaction.
	Jesse Garrett, Director of Construction, graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in Construction Management. Since graduation in 2002, Jesse has been building quality homes non-stop, with an accent on timeliness, consistency and predictability.
	Andrea Reichard, Office Manager, graduated from Northwood University with a degree in Management and Marketing. She also holds a degree in Accounting from Kellogg College. Andrea oversees all accounting functions including payables and receivables and is responsible for the day to day office operations.
